Delivery POLICY

Delivery Methods

1. Free standard delivery and installation

Now we offer Free delivery and installation within 20 miles from store location. Over 20 miles will apply $3/mile. Every other day.

We do Free installation on most appliances Except Build-in appliance such as Microwave, Dishawasher, Wall Oven, Cooktop...

Installation including all necessary hookup parts.

We will contact you to provide a 4-hour delivery window


2. EXPRESS Same-Day Delivery

We offer express same-day delivery as well. Follow your schedule. $100 

3. Go upstairs

We charge $100 on each unit.


Return Policy on Major Appliances

  • Defective function or Extra damaged Major Appliances:

Before a customer either accepts delivery or takes an order home from the store, major appliance products (including refrigeration appliances, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers and some microwaves) should be inspected for defects or damage. If any exists, the customer should notify the driver about damages for options and refuse delivery if you do not want the damaged product. Once delivery is accepted or a product is removed from the store by a customer, the product may be returned if the defects and/or damage are identified and reported to us by calling (407) 630-7656 within 48 hours of delivery/the time of pick-up at the Service Desk.

Warranty POLICY

First of all

All appliances we sell are fully tested.

1 year Store warranty on all appliances. The first 30 days from delivery is 100% free. Covers all labor, parts and replacement. After 30 days to 1 year, we charge $99 deductible on each service. Covers all labor, parts and replacement.

Extend Warranty available, up to 4 year.

After warranty, we request $99 plus parts cost to help our customer repair appliance. If not repairable, $99 can be turned in to store credit, if customer comes back to purchase new appliance.
