Why are your prices lower than other stores?
Our inventory is open-box returns (many sent back within 48 hours of purchase), scratch and dent and reconditioned appliances. They cannot be sold as new, so we price them up to 50% below retail on selected appliances, and up to 70% on refrigerators.
What condition are the appliances in?
All of them work perfectly fine. Open-box returns may show minor signs of wear on the product or its packaging; scratch and dent units have cosmetic damage, usually from transportation; reconditioned units show more cosmetic wear or marks of use. Look at the unit on the floor before you buy.
What brands do you carry?
Top name brands — LG, Samsung, GE, GE Profile, Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid and more. What is on the floor changes daily.
Do your appliances come with a warranty?
Yes. Every appliance comes with a free 1-year warranty from a third-party warranty company, and you can buy up to four more years of coverage.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — no credit needed, and you can take it home for $39. Ask our team in the showroom for the terms; they are set by the finance company.
Do you deliver?
Yes, Monday through Friday only. Standard delivery within 20 miles is $69, to the front door or garage. A second floor is an extra $50. For special circumstances, please inquire in the store.
Do you install and haul away?
Yes: installation is $30 and haul-away of your old appliance is $20. Dishwasher and microwave installation carries an additional fee — ask us for the price.
Can I take it home today?
Yes — Same Day Pickup is available on in-stock appliances.
Is there a fee on refunds?
All credit card refunds are charged 3%, the card processing fee.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. When a friend you refer makes a purchase of $1,000 or more, they get an extra $100 off any already discounted price, and you get $100 from us in cash or Zelle. They just mention your name at checkout. See $ Programs for our contractor, realtor, wholesale and returning-customer programs.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday 10am–7pm, and Sunday 12pm–6pm — open 7 days a week, at 1233 Sand Lake Rd #5, Orlando, FL 32809.
