Three grades
What you will find on our floor
- 01
Open-box returns
Returned appliances, many sent back within 48 hours of purchase. Fully functioning units that may show minor signs of wear on the product or its packaging.
- 02
Scratch & dent
Products with cosmetic damage that work perfectly fine. The damage is typically caused in transportation, and sometimes by a previous owner.
- 03
Reconditioned & cosmetic wear
Products that show more significant cosmetic damage or marks of use, and still work perfectly fine — at the deepest discounts.

What to check
Before you drive over
Open box and scratch & dent are a good deal precisely because they are not for everyone. A few things are worth checking first.
- A scratch and dent unit has a cosmetic mark — that is why the price is lower, and it is not a defect. Look at the unit on the floor before you buy
- Measure your space, and check whether you need gas or electric, before you choose
- Delivery is to the front door or garage, Monday through Friday — plan installation and haul-away when you buy
- Inventory changes daily — call (407) 630-7656 to check a model is still available
